Hi, I’m Air — the voice behind Enlightened AirWaves.

This space was born from a quiet (and sometimes not-so-quiet) pull in my soul — a call to finally show up, not as someone with all the answers, but as someone committed to remembering, questioning, and learning out loud. For most of my life, while I was always questioned rules I didn't agree with, I tried my best to play by the rules I was given. I was raised in the Mormon (LDS) church and took my spiritual commitments seriously, especially my temple covenants. But around 2023, everything began to shift. I started asking questions I’d always pushed aside. Why did I constantly feel guilt? Why did I feel like I was never enough — not even to myself?

When I left the church, it wasn’t easy. In fact, it was the hardest decision I ever made. But what followed was undeniable: the guilt lifted, and with it came a flood of clarity, wonder, and possibility. I started exploring beyond the boundaries I was raised with — diving into spirituality that helped me reconnect with something I hadn’t felt in a long time: myself.

Enlightened AirWaves is my way of giving back. It’s a place to share the things I’m learning — spiritual insights, product reviews, books that cracked something open for me, and reflections on this strange and beautiful awakening process. I'm not here to preach or pretend to have everything figured out. I’m here to share what I find along the way and to hold space for others waking up, questioning, and trying to piece together their truth after leaving religion or breaking from old belief systems.

While I am so grateful for the church, and the path I had to take to get here, I’m done hiding the part of me that’s been calling for expression — the part that’s wide-eyed, curious, sovereign, and ready to speak, even if my voice shakes.
